CVMUISC IDEA LAUNCHPAD

CVM University Innovation and Startup Centre (CVMUISC) aims to stimulate, encourage and assist Innovations, Startups, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Entrepreneurship. The Centre is envisioned to shape the students by providing a perfect ambience for converting their ideas and walk out with a viable model/product. Diversified approach should be adopted to produce desirable learning outcomes, which should Include cross disciplinary learning by academic and industrial experts, labs, case studies, etc. in place of traditional way of outcome of critical thinking. Presently, the centre is located at A D Patel Institute of Technology, New Vallabh Vidyanagar CVM Campus.

Creative ideas can be submitted by any student of Institutes of CVM University, CVM Institutes, CVM Schools and nearby schools/Institutions at “IDEA LAUNCHPAD” of CVMUISC. Technical assistance, Finance support, domain expertise, mentor allocation, cross functional team support and computational facilities are available at Centre. Inviting Industrial experts for scrutiny and monitoring early stage startups. Recognition of outstanding performance through ‘INNOVATION & ENTREPRENEURSHIP AWARD’ for best ideas, successful enterprises and contributors for promoting innovation and enterprises ecosystem at university level.

To encourage spirit of Innovation, Startups, Intellectual Property Rights and Entrepreneurship development for creating a self-reliant nation.

To create awareness and motivation amongst stakeholder for creative thinking and converting ideas into innovation and startups. To develop ecosystem for encouraging entrepreneurship development, IPR and startups.

  • To develop and promote startup incubation and innovation amongst students and alumni of CVM institutions and Charotar region (schools, colleges and society at large).

 

  • To establish SSIP Cell, Entrepreneurship Development Cell for CVM Incubation and Innovation Centre.

 

  • To coordinate with different industries/institutes for getting technical and corporate social responsibility support.

 

  • To develop relationship with government and non-government organizations working in similar domain national/ international to create startup, entrepreneurship and innovation ECO system.

 

  • To organize training for students, alumni and society at large for entrepreneurship, startups, innovation and IPR (Intellectual property rights).

 

  • To develop association with Institutes (Eminent Research Centres/Academic Institutions) and Industries (National/International MOUs) for identifying and collaborate on various research problems and consultancy by CVM institutes.
